8 oz Linguine, uncooked

¼ C Onion minced

2 Garlic cloves minced

1 T Margarine melted

8 oz Sour cream

1 T Milk

1 T Cracked pepper (black pepper)

2 T Parmesan cheese

1 ½ T Parsley


Cook linguine according to package directions. Drain, set aside and keep warm.

Sauté onion and garlic in margarine in a small skillet over medium heat until onion is crisp-tender; set aside.

Combine sour cream, milk and pepper in a small bowl; stir well.

Combine linguine, onion mixture, and sour cream mixture; toss well.

Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and parsley.

Serve immediately.
