1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese

2 cups salsa (24 ounce jar)

2 cups chicken, cooked and shredded

8 flour tortillas

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup heavy whipping cream (or milk)


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Cook the cream cheese, salsa, and chicken on stove until cream cheese is melted. Divide filling into 8 flour tortillas. Roll up and put in a 9 x 13 pan sprayed with non-stick cooking spray, seam side down. Put both cheeses over the top. Drizzle heavy cream (or milk) over top of cheese. Bake for 30 minutes.
